FarePals successfully secures a waiver or approval from the supplier.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed by the travel supplier, and may take several weeks or longer.
FarePals will follow up on your behalf and keep you updated, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeline.

Deductions

All refunds are subject to:
Airline or supplier penalties.
FarePals post-ticketing service fees (non-refundable).
