Flights
• Most flight tickets booked through FarePals are non-refundable.
• In some cases, airlines may allow cancellations in exchange for travel credits. These credits are issued by the airline and must be used before their expiration date.
Hotels, Car Rentals & Vacation Packages
• Many services are also non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
• Some suppliers may provide partial refunds or credits depending on their policies.
How to Cancel
• All cancellations must be made by calling our support team before the scheduled departure.
• Email or online cancellation requests are not accepted.
Airline Schedule Changes
If your flight schedule changes, FarePals will assist with rebooking. Any additional costs (fare differences, penalties, etc.) will be your responsibility.
